With EI we create an internal environment that enables us to not ‘fight or flight’ – but to thrive. To not settle for the belief that ‘conflict is dangerous.’ Shifting this belief opens us to something enlightening – conflict is essential for connection. To co-create, to co-adapt.
What does ‘true achievement’ look like? And how does this affect my happiness? How do all of my needs and achievements make me feel if I have not connected with those on my path, right in front of me?
Every time you sit down to work. Every time you take a break. Whenever you do something fun. Whenever you disconnect. Or, mindfully connect. All of these are moving you toward a direction of ‘accomplishing’ authenticity. In this way, we are always accomplished.
Where is the love that is in the details? It is in how we arrange our own details, becoming more familiar with what does and does not make us feel better about ourselves. It is also in inviting others to share more about themselves. They are seeds for the blossoming of their expression.
We are human, deserving of compassion, curiosity, and love. Can we have noble communication with others? With awareness, we can be present with others, and model ‘self-nobility’ – imbuing our connection to others with trust, comfort and satisfaction.
